I am getting quite redundant in my reviews of the trips to Jeddah!
Another trip with out a hitch. By the way, some of you might recognize
the gentleman in the above photo, yes that is Big Whitey himself!
Great to have David back on the trips with us. A very small group (7)
but a fun group!
Abu Bakr and Desert Sea Divers were good enough to invite us to
join them in cleaning the reefs in the Abhor area of Jeddah. We
started the morning with some informative info from Hans Sjoeholm
and then off to the house reefs. Fal Beach Resort was first. Gideon,
Jackie and I started the dive with a little depth. Gideon did his skills at
30m with no difficulties and we were on our way to collect a little trash
on the reef. Swimming along at 20m Gideon spotted two octopus
wrestling on the reef, I'm hoping he got some great shots as my
camera was on the boat. Our second dive was the Al Bilad beach, as
Sonet and Sharon had said from the previous trip, a very nice dive.
We finished the day of boat diving on 5 mile reef with a very long
shallow enjoyable dive. A night dive on the house reef finished the day!
